These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Subsafe mobile application (“App”), operated by Saurabh Infosys, registered in Gujarat, India (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Subsafe is a subscription management application that allows users to manually track and manage their subscriptions, set reminders, and monitor renewal dates and amounts. Subsafe does not process payments on behalf of users and does not have access to users’ financial accounts.
The App is intended for users aged 3 years and above.
If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.
You confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

Subsafe tracks subscriptions only as entered by the user manually.
Reminder notifications are provided as a convenience feature.
We do not guarantee that reminders will always be delivered on time due to device settings, operating system limitations, or third-party notification services.
Subsafe is not responsible for missed payments, failed renewals, penalties, or financial losses resulting from reliance on the App.
Subsafe offers both free and premium features.
Premium subscriptions are billed through:
Payment processing, refunds, and cancellations are handled entirely by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies.
We do not store or process your payment information.
All content, features, trademarks, logos, and designs in the App are the exclusive property of Saurabh Infosys.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts of Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
