End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Saurabh Infosys, Gujarat, India (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) governing your use of the Subsafe mobile application (“App”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Saurabh Infosys grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

2. License Restrictions

You agree that you shall not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or distribute the App to third parties
• Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Circumvent any security or access controls of the App

3. Ownership

The App, including all content, source code, designs, trademarks, and intellectual property rights, is and shall remain the exclusive property of Saurabh Infosys.

This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

4. User-Generated Data

Users may manually enter subscription-related information into the App.

You retain ownership of the data you enter.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you provide.

The Company does not verify or validate user-entered subscription data.

5. Premium Features & In-App Purchases

The App may offer premium features through paid subscriptions.

Payments are processed exclusively through:

• Apple In-App Purchases
• Google Play Billing

Subscription pricing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Apple’s and Google’s respective policies.

The Company does not control or store payment information.

6. Updates and Modifications

The Company may:

• Release updates, bug fixes, or enhancements
• Modify or discontinue features at any time
• Require updates to continue using the App

Updates are considered part of the App and are subject to this Agreement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy.

The Company does not warrant that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Reminder notifications will always be delivered on time
• The App will prevent missed payments or financial loss

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Saurabh Infosys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• This includes loss of data, financial loss, missed payments, or service interruptions
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App in the preceding 12 months, if any

9. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated.

The Company may terminate this Agreement immediately if you:

• Violate any provision of this Agreement
• Misuse or abuse the App
• Engage in unlawful activities using the App

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.

10. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services including authentication and analytics providers. Use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies, and the Company is not responsible for third-party service behavior.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
